Television and Video Production Work

Script & research for Nielsen India films, done remotely. I was in Hong Kong and the production and graphics team was in India. (End 2011)

Script & research for The Brands That Build India on CNBC – TV18. Again done remotely in 2015, juggling home duties, one toddler and pregnant with the second. Proud of the way it turned out though and always happy to be working with friends and former colleagues again.

This was done a lot earlier. I was still in Mumbai (end 2010) and freelancing. I was offered the chance to produce this series – Lessons In Marketing Excellence for CNBC-TV18. I thought it would be great to work with Richard from Kalash Entertainment and co-produce it with him. That partnership is still going strong.

Fourteen years later, I’m still working with Kalash Entertainment on a number of projects. While I was in Hong Kong, I would script and research films from there, while Richard took care of the production. Now that I am in Bangalore, we continue to collaborate on a variety of projects. He handles the negotiations, budgeting and other important details that I’m supremely careless about and I get paid promptly and fairly. It’s a partnership and friendship I value immensely.
